SUMMARY:
DBN000005– PROJECT OFFICE MANAGER – EAST LONDON
 
Purpose of the Job:
To manage & oversee the operations of the Project Office at a training institution.
 
 
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2. At least 3 – 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the education or training sector.
3. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Project Management

3. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for training programmes and initiatives.
4. Coordinate and allocate resources, including trainers, materials, and facilities, to meet project needs.
5. Lead and supervise the Project Office team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Monitoring and Reporting
