Project Manager (intermediate)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Intermediate Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and client management. This role involves coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality delivery.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intermediate Project Manager. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relationship management, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Oversee client communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Prepare and manage client quotes, project timelines, and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on design, production, and digital solutions.
• Ensure quality control in print and digital production, including sign-offs at printers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to company strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree/diploma in finance with 2+ years’ experience, OR
• Matric with a C pass in mathematics and 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Advantageous: Experience with Chase software.
• Not negotiable: Own reliable transport and availability for after-hours work or travel as needed.
