Project Manager with solid Automotive Manufacturing skills required at an International company. Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering. Supports production facility relatedÂ for production and engineering development activities. Work in Cape Town and immigrate to USA as soon as Visa Requirements and other work documents are in place

POSITION INFO:
Automotive Engineering Project Manager

Great and unique opportunity for anyone wanting to work long term and possibly live in the USA.

Minimum 12 Months in Cape Town
US Salary will be negotiated before employment with SA starts

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Needed:

B. Eng. orÂ B.Tech. in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering
Design experienceÂ
5-10 years overall experience
Understanding of design process
Solid organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating the execution of their teamâs tasks to ensure the timeliness and quality of the required deliverables.
Interacting with clients to determine and understand their requirements and ensure they are met
Mentoring, motivating and efficiently utilizing assigned team members to achieve project goals
Reporting to Senior Management and customers regarding project schedule, budget performance, Risk, and Issue mitigation planning, etc.
Execute development activities and projects from start to production flawlessly
Execute development programs within budget and on time
