The Project Manager will be overseeing and coordinating all facets of development projects for a non-profit organization located in the Kruger National Park, dedicated to supporting and enhancing the rural community

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies or
  a related field
• A Master’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Solid grasp of community development principles, with experience in rural communities considered a plus
• Proven success in fundraising and grant writing, with a history of securing funding for projects
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build partnerships
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Projects)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
