Project Manager / Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Wellness Division within the bank. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage projects while also performing detailed business analysis. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across all levels, including cross-border communication, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals. The role will be based in Rosebank, with a hybrid working model of two days in the office and the remainder remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to project changes.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels, including international teams.
• Business Analysis:
  
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-border teams, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Tool Proficiency:
  
  • Utilize JIRA for task management, project tracking, and collaboration.
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the banking sector.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for project management and business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and borders.
• Experience in leading projects and facilitating business analysis in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of wellness programs within a banking context is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP or similar Project Management certification is an advantage.
• CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification is desirable.
