SUMMARY:

We’re Hiring: Project Manager

Are you an exceptional Project Manager who thrives under pressure, owns the details, and can see an event through from brainstorm to breakdown? We're looking for someone just like you to join our fast-paced, creative team and hit the ground running this May.
As a mid-to-senior level PM, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences across South Africa and beyond. This is not a siloed role—you’ll be client-facing, concept-driven, and execution-focused.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage the full scope of projects and events, including:
Concept & proposal development (think: theme, venue, entertainment, logistics)
Full project lifecycle ownership—from briefing to reconciliation
Client relationship management and being the go-to contact
Supplier and vendor coordination
On-site event delivery and post-event reconciliation
Basic invoicing using Sage Accounting
Using EventsAir software (experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you if needed)

Ideal Candidate Profile

â Experience in an agency or event/project management environment
â Strong creative thinking and concept development skills
â Self-starter who can work independently or lead complex multi-person projects
â Able to handle pressure, long hours, overlapping timelines, and tight deadlines
â Excellent communicator and client relationship builder
â Experience with EventsAir = huge bonus
