SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the safety, quality and financial performance of drilling operations in the entity. In addition, this role will be responsible to lead the Account Management team to execute drilling contracts effectively.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Internal/Industry Specific Certifications

Minimum Experience:

Engineering in a mining environment.
Minimum 10 years relevant operational experience.
Minimum 5 years Management experience in a Mining environment

Skills:

Contract management and negotiation.
Project Management.
Automated surveying (matching resources and equipment.)
Data Analytics (Excel / Power BI/ etc.)

Adaptive mine / site planning.

Key Perfomance Areas:

Project Planning & Initiation.
Project Performance Management.
Project Execution Management.
Stakeholder Relationship Management.
New Business Development.
Team Leadership
