SUMMARY:
Project Manager required to manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion. Plan, organise and manage all relevant resources to ensure the successful outcome of the project goals and objectives in order to meet project expectations.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

Tertiary qualification in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
Project Management qualification

Requirements

5 Years Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment, successfully completing projects with the contractual requirements
Experience on Mining Industry Process Equipment
Computer literate on MS Office Suite and MS Projects
Good knowledge of ISO quality management

Duties

Define scope of project and generate plan accordingly
Coordinate and attend project meetings
Optimisation of project schedule on a weekly basis
Identifying risks relating to performance of the project
Monitoring of project progress
Successful completion of projects as per the contractual requirements
Adhere to ISO Quality Management System
Coordinate quality documentation as per the contractual requirements
A budget for each project is complied, monitored and updated
Controlling of costs and cost allocations
A monthly financial forecast is done for each project
Invoicing of milestones as per contractual requirements
Investigating non-payment of project invoices
Call reports are compiled and distributed for all site and/or sub-contractor visits
