• Expertise in civil engineering, particularly in water utilities and bulk water infrastructure.
• Strong project management experience managing complex and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
