Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to oversee critical road rehabilitation, resurfacing, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise,
strategic planning skills, and a proven track record of successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage road rehabilitation, resurfacing, and upgrade projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all engineering and safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Degree or B-Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (PrTechEng).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Experience Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Leader in road rehabilitation, resurfacing, or upgrade projects.

Compensation:
• Salary negotiable based on experience.
