Project Finance Analyst

POSITION INFO:
Education Requirements:

• CA(SA), BCom, Engineering, or a related Degree
• CFA or FMVA qualification is an advantage
• 2-4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and structuring.
• Knowledge of renewable energy financing, PPAs, and infrastructure transactions is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data, think critically, and communicate effectively.

• Financial Modeling & Analysis – Build and refine complex project finance models to assess feasibility, risks, and returns.
  
• Deal Structuring – Support in structuring and executing debt and equity financing transactions.
• Due Diligence – Work closely with investors, lenders, and internal teams to assess project viability.
• Market Research & Insights – Stay ahead of trends in renewable energy, infrastructure financing, and policy developments.
• Investment Memoranda – Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
