Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Project Control – Contracts Advisors to provide expert contract management support for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and project control methodologies, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support on contract management, procurement, and project control activities for large-scale projects.
Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.
Conduct contract performance evaluations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Prepare and maintain detailed project control reports, including cost forecasts, risk assessments, and progress updates.
Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure alignment between project objectives, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, contract management, or a related field.
Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project control methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or energy sectors.
Familiarity with industry-specific contract types.
Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
Advanced degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
