Project Co-ordinator: SEO/Web Developer Internship Project

SUMMARY:
We are excited to share that we are actively seeking an experienced Internship Project Coordinator to become an integral part of the team at Rhiza Babuyile . Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful coordination of our internship project.

POSITION INFO:
JOB PURPOSE
To be the Internship operations, administrative and Interns co-ordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day activities and effectively address issues as they arise and/or escalate them accordingly.
• To proactively liaise with Management in case of any challenges relating to and/or affecting the learnership.
• To manage the office space that supports the learning/working environment. This includes all operational, administrative and essential amenities.
• To support the interns and guide them with workplace ethics principles in and communicate the aforementioned with all stakeholders.
• To support and mentor culture in the working space, and to ensure that everyone is working well with each other's personalities and strengths.
• Provide support to interns and referral to social workers, life coaches, executive coaches and industry professionals, if/when needed.

• Tertiary level Qualification preferably in an IT related field

• Experience working with BPO
• 4-5 years experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
