POSITION INFO:

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and
supporting the Project Coordinator in managing day-to-day project activities.

This position requires a highly
organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, maintain a well functioning office environment, and assist with project coordination at a junior level.

The Office Administrator
will be responsible for handling communications, managing office supplies, and supporting the execution of
mining and logistics services projects.

• Educational Background:
A matric certificate; a Diploma / Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Experience:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, with a proven ability to
manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is
essential.
o Strong typing and data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
o Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping practices is advantageous.
