Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a self motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator Intern to support their project management team. This one-year internship is designed for a recent graduate with a formal qualification in project management and would need to have excellent proficiency in MS Office. The role offers hands-on experience in project administration, coordination, and support across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
• Update and maintain project databases and tracking tools.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools.
• Support the coordination of resources, equipment, and project activities.
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate with stakeholders as required

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in Project Management (certificate, diploma, or degree).
• Fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a project management environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or experience in a project support role is an advantage but not essential.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
