POSITION INFO:

We are seeking eight (8) experienced Project Administrators to support the implementation of both Agile and Waterfall projects across multiple workstreams. These professionals will be engaged on a 12-month contract to assist project managers and teams in ensuring the smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of project activities.

The ideal candidates will bring expert-level proficiency in project administration, a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments. 

What you’ll do:

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of project changes, decisions, and actions.

Communication Management:

• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify and document project risks and issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track the resolution of project issues.

Your expertise:

• 5+ years strong experience in coordinating communication between project teams, vendors, and clients.
• Experience in Project Administration/Coordination. 
• Experience in handling multiple complex projects simulateneously. 
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Power Point, SharePoint etc.)
• Experience with preparing project documentation and reports.

Qualifications required:

• Qualifications or related project management qualifications.
• Certificates (Note Waterfall vs Agile projects)
