SUMMARY:
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (FMCG)
KZN - HOWICK 
To support the New Product Development team in managing and executing projects to ensure successful product launches.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project/Zoho (or similar project management tools).
• Previous experience in managing projects is required

• Assist with managing projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Input data, generate progress reports, and track project metrics.
• Create and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and coordinate meetings and updates.
• Identify potential project delays or issues and escalate to the NPD Manager when necessary.
• Understand key stages of development (ideation, prototyping, testing, launch) and monitor progress against deadlines
