Location: Limpopo, Greater Sekhukhune District, Burgersfort

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with project stakeholders and team members
• Support project managers in administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project administrator or similar role
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Education:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in project management or administration are desirable

Experience:

• At least 4-6 years of experience in project administration
• Experience working in the mining industry is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of project management principles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM)
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
