Qualifications:

• BTech in any Engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an R&D product development environment.
• PMBOK or equivalent certification (advantageous).
• Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge (advantageous).

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience in technical projects involving hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical components.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Project Support & Coordination: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Budget & Resource Monitoring: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
• Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing project management processes and efficiency.
• Certifications Management: Coordinate and track regulatory certifications like ICASA, LOA, CE, and UKCA.
