SUMMARY:
Job description:

Report on the status of existing projects, attendance, and preparation of minutes at various steering committee and project meetings
Collect and update projections of project timing, cost, and resource allocations for the upcoming planning period
Provide a project delivery and capacity forecast that originates from the project manager and key business stakeholders
Capacity forecasting inclusive of reconciliation of past resource allocations against realized capacity based on input from project managers and project teams
Manage the project and portfolio information technology systems for configuration of software options
Curation of data and preparation/presentation of reporting
Responsible for operational management, including coordination of various events in terms of facility, invitation, equipment, catering, and other logistics, timely entry and updating of data by various process owners in applicable systems, validation and distribution of reports to senior leadership

Responsible for the consistent flow of current, accurate, and usable information from the project team to all key business stakeholders and vice versa

Academic Qualification:

National/ Advanced Diploma / NQF level 6/7
