Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MPS Service Delivery/Project Administrator to manage hardware and software rollouts and ensure smooth service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong consultative skills, task management abilities, and expertise in managing client relationships and project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Matric certificate and Project Management qualification or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in project coordination/administration, particularly in IT or technology sectors
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee MPS hardware and software rollout projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Use Smartsheet for project management, monitor progress, and address any constraints or risks
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, manage client records, and ensure service excellence
• Support sales teams in promoting and selling consumables, hardware, software, and consulting services
• Ensure 100% data integrity for MPS clients, including device tracking, billing management, and monthly reporting
• Manage billing processes for assessments, consulting fees, software licensing, and support calls
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on tech performance, support calls, and project progress
