Programme Manager

POSITION INFO:

A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead, manage, and oversee multiple internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate project interdependencies, engage key stakeholders, and drive strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing programme plans, integrating project schedules, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitoring and controlling programme requirements, tracking deliverables, and implementing governance frameworks.
• Managing risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Leading programme teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving collaboration across departments.
• Providing regular status updates and ensuring seamless handover of completed projects into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements:

• A 3-year diploma (Commerce, IT, or related field) and recognised Project/Programme Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
• 2-3 years of programme management experience, preferably in the Telecoms or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint, with experience in Smartsheets being advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
