POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) to join our clients team. If you are a driven individual with a passion for excellence in quantity surveying and construction, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements:

• PrQS Registration: Must be a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor for a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in the PrQS environment.
• Must be able to lead meetings with clients
• DimX, WinQS and MS Office essential
• Building Expertise: Extensive experience in the building and construction sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, project management, and contract administration.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and feasibility studies for building projects.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency throughout projects.
• Conduct valuations and manage claims in line with contractual agreements.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
