POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

BEng/BSc or B-Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering and or Construction Project management
ECSA (Pr.Eng) and SACPCMP with 5 – 10 years+ experience

Responsibilities:

Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders (clients and suppliers)
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
Proficient in Municipal Engineering Infrastructure provision and Building Works.
Able to implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Extensive experience in analytical, strategic, and planning functions
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
Financial, contractual, and commercial skills, with strong negotiating abilities.
