Here is an exciting opportunity for you, Rhiza Babuyile is on the lookout for a dedicated Professional Nurse to join our team based in Gauteng, Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Job purpose
To provide comprehensive nursing care and management for the nursing treatment and rehabilitation for all health problems of individuals, groups, and communities as a practitioner

Duties and Responsibilities

To provide a comprehensive primary health care services to the community including TB/HIV care, mother and child services, and general check-ups
Be able to implement and monitor various programmes
Provide reproductive health exams and education.
Provide pre-natal and post-natal services.
Improve the health of the community through health education
To implement health and safety best practices and monitor trends.
To liaise with the healthcare manager and other healthcare organisations.

Qualifications/Requirements (non-negotiable)

Matric
Diploma in Nursing/B.Curr
Dispensing License (Mandatory)
Qualified Professional Nurse with Midwifery
Short courses are an advantage : NIMART,IMCI, etc
3-5 Years experience as a professional nurse working in community healthcare
Experience in working in an NPO
Must have good communication skills.
