Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Food Related Production or similar

Requirements

Experience in the food production industry is essential
Ability to problem solve, tolerate many moving parts and handle a staff team of up to 140 employees
Daily managing of the staff and facility ensuring smooth running of all operations
Client interaction in terms of production time lines
Attending and managing trade shows
Ability to work with the members of the Board to execute the duties of the Company
Prepare, submit and report to the Board, the monthly performance of the Company
