Managing a team of Production Managers and Planners to analyse production procedures, create strategic plans to eliminate inefficiencies on production improvements implemented.

The Production Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and being accountable for the ongoing continuous improvement of the production process.
