SUMMARY:
Our client, an FMCG company, in the Free State, has a position for a Production Manager with mechanical know-how and a robust management background.

POSITION INFO:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Production, Operations or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

You’ll direct and lead the production department, applying people management and strategic skills to support the company’s growth. You will compile SOPs for the production department, implement continuous improvement initiatives and take responsibility for revamping production processes.
