POSITION INFO:

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in the meat industry? Our client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to take charge of their fast-paced production operations and help them deliver top-quality products to their customers. This role will be based in Midrand.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and manage daily production processes to exceed targets.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
Lead a dynamic team, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
Maintain raw material inventory and improve production yields.
Foster a culture of health, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the meat industry.
Proven expertise in managing high-volume, short-shelf-life chilled products.
A Certificate or Diploma in Production Management.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to inspire a team.
