SUMMARY:
Our Agriculture client in the Citrus Farming and production is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Letsitele area, Limpopo.

R 45 000-R50 000 CTC with benefits

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Agriculture/equivalent combination of education and experience/AVCASA
Solid experience Farm Production-Citrus operations
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, third language will be advantageous
Computer literate: Excel, Outlook and MS Teams (FarmTrace will be advantageous)
Knowledge to compliance-SIZA, Global Gap and management thereof.

Key Performance Areas :

Pest Management: Pest and Spraying
Effective production, irrigation, harvesting and processes
HR labour management and productivity within budget and ensure that all practices are SIZA compliant
Administration and record keeping of farming activities such as diesel controls
Oversee general maintenance and neatness of farm and farming operations
DAFF registrations and inspections
Global Gap to ensure that all practices adhere to Global Gap specifications
