SUMMARY:
Our client in the Stellenbosch/Klapmuts area is seeking a highly motivated Production Line Operator to assist in the packhouse.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Knowledge of fruit/agricultural industry advantageous
Keen eye for detail
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good computer skills
Ability to work night shifts during peak season
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous packhouse experience is advantageous
Own transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid production downtime
Plan, document and measure daily production output
Lead and coordinate a packing team to ensure targets are met
Manage the pack line, ensuring correct setup and adjustments
Operate and monitor packing line equipment, including camera grading and sorting system
