• Ensure all production activities comply with South African regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment certifications, and compliance audits.

• Prepare and present detailed production reports and performance analyses to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of production systems, process optimization, and equipment maintenance.
• Proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Familiarity with South African oil and gas regulations and compliance requirements.
