POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelors in engineering qualification essential (preferably in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering)
• 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing processes, SHE and quality procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Knowledge of Cold Products systems and equipment will be an added advantage.
• Physical fitness is essential to cope in Cold Products area.

• Optimize and continuously improve the production processes adhering to QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) framework and will ensure that business KPA’s and KPI’s are met.
• Overseeing the three shift production teams.
• Ensuring safety and quality compliance within the teams in accordance with the relevant standards and cost effective effectively executing all production related activities.
• Reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality.
• Recommending improved processes based on trials and responsible for ensuring the implementation of the corrective actions.
