POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bilingual (Afrikaans & English – read, speak, write).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and/or experience working as a production coordinator in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• High regard for quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/orders at a time.
• Ability to work independently, but still within a team to reach targets/goals.

• Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding and ability to plan and coordinate.

• Complete daily job/production cards.
• Analyse productivity of employees through job cards.
• Coordinate orders with lead time.
• Review production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate orders with the Dispatch Department.
• Load orders into the CRM system and manage accordingly.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Analyse cost-effectiveness of production processes.
