Our client, a powerhouse in the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Product and Channel Supervisor to implement and oversee their after-sales strategy across the dealer network.

Based in Centurion DC, this exciting opportunity involves managing multiple revenue channels, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of business plans across Genuine Parts Sales, Accident Damage Management, Easy Drive Vehicle Plans, and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Product and Channel Supervisor, you will:
? Implement the After-Sales Strategy: Align departmental, divisional, and organisational goals to ensure continued growth and excellence.
? Drive Genuine Parts Sales: Achieve wholesale and retail objectives by developing innovative marketing and sales campaigns.
? Manage Accident Damage Parts Sales: Collaborate with dealers, key accounts, motor body repairers (MBRs), and insurance partners to meet targets.
? Boost Easy Drive Vehicle Plans Sales: Partner with Regional Area Managers (RAMs) and dealers to drive penetration and revenue.
? Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Work with Marketing Communications to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
? Lead Product Management Initiatives: Use HPG Analysis and IAM research to create and execute impactful product campaigns that enhance market share.
? Enhance Customer Loyalty: Implement innovative loyalty initiatives to capture a greater share of the Car Parc.
? Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Ensure seamless coordination and implementation of the annual Business Plan across departments and divisions.
? Manage Relationships with VW AG: Serve as the primary liaison with the VW AG Market Area Manager, ensuring alignment with Products and Channels initiatives.

ABOUT YOU:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Education: A recognized 3-year National Diploma or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• Solid background in Sales, Service, and Marketing.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or specialist experience in the automotive sector, ideally in after-sales, marketing, or sales.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Dealer after-sales operations knowledge, including service and parts.

• Strong understanding of business management principles and their practical application.
  ?? Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CoPilot), Generative AI, DMS, CRM, and data analysis systems.

• Expertise in accident damage management, MBRs, and insurance will be a distinct advantage.
