Product Specialist - Software Support Hero

SUMMARY:
Calling all tech superheroes! Our clients need a Product Specialist with SQL superpowers and a keen eye for troubleshooting villains (a.k.a. software bugs). If you’re ready to support, train, and rescue clients from technical troubles while keeping systems running at peak performance, this is your chance to save the day!

POSITION INFO:

Every hero has a mission, and yours is to protect and enhance bespoke software solutions. You’ll be the first line of defense, handling help desk tickets, SQL scripting, and software deployments. Whether you're fighting off system errors, training clients to master their tools, or implementing powerful new updates, you'll be the trusted guardian of operational excellence.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SQL scripting, administration, and troubleshooting
Expertise in Help Desk support, ticketing systems, and ITIL frameworks
Experience with software deployment, updates, and user training
Strong problem-solving skills—detect and defeat technical issues like a pro!
Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams like a true leader

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field

Additional:
Valid driver’s license & reliable transport for the occasional on-site mission
