POSITION INFO:

Imagine being the director of a high-stakes production where efficiency meets customer experience. From collaborating with development teams to analyzing trends and optimizing performance, you’ll be the one ensuring the show runs flawlessly.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in a software product-focused role (preferably financial services)
Expertise in product documentation, UX, and full ownership
Minimum 3+ years of SQL experience—because data drives the best stories
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products
Master of stakeholder communication, negotiation, and product strategy
Passion for solving real-world problems through technology
Enthusiasm for Africa’s dynamic markets and a willingness to travel across the continent

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
