Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a product management
team
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies

Advantageous Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
Experience in [specific industry or domain relevant to the company]
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and practices
Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to define and communicate the product vision and strategy
Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and strategic priorities
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of product features.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries
Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Implement best practices in product development and agile methodologies
