Opportunity to dynamic start-up bank as a Manager in Product Design and Development!

POSITION INFO:

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both secured and unsecured lending products, with a focus on managing the entire product lifecycle to ensure offerings remain competitive and meet market needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, developing business cases, and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the product development process. The role also requires providing specialist support, managing product enhancements, and tracking performance to ensure continued success.

Degree is required together with 5+ years’ experience in product management, particularly in lending products, with proven experience in market research, product development, and lifecycle management.
