Procurement Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A vacancy of a Procurement Supervisor exists at a Private Hospital. In this role, the successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the procurement and purchase of goods and services and overseeing the supply chain process. and will be expected to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services, while maintaining a high level of quality.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
• Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
• Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and soursing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
