This is a unique opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in entertainment or creative industries, to play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing essential goods and services for a renowned recording studio.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Source new services and goods, with creative international and local sourcing strategies.
• Vet suppliers and coordinate onboarding, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Influence local and BEE procurement by selecting appropriate suppliers and understanding BEE codes of good practice.
• Conduct cost and operational analysis to optimize expenditure and record monthly auditable savings.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with POPIA regulations.
• Place and expedite purchase orders, reconcile order discrepancies, and resolve invoice/contract queries promptly.
• Track market trends and conduct research to support informed procurement decisions.

• Qualifications: National Diploma in Procurement or Logistics; a Degree is an added advantage.
• Experience: 3-6 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of BEE codes, supplier negotiations, and experience with Sage as a plus.
