The Role:
As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing plant operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards in mineral processing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize mineral processing plant operations to improve efficiency and output.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recovery rates and reduce waste.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and troubleshoot process issues.
• Conduct test work and analyze data to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support for plant upgrades, expansions, and new projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mineral Processing Engineering (or related field).
• 3–4 years of experience in mineral processing or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process modeling, simulation, and optimization tools.
• Knowledge of plant operations, process control, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
