POSITION INFO:

A leading organisation is seeking a Process Engineer to optimise production, enhance efficiency, and implement world-class manufacturing practices. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives on improving processes, ensuring safety compliance, and managing technical projects from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimise process parameters to enhance production efficiency
Conduct risk assessments, Hazop studies, and design reviews to mitigate operational risks
Identify process deviations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
Develop process flowsheets, schematics, and control diagrams
Manage equipment sizing, procurement, and commissioning
Ensure project execution aligns with safety and quality standards
Provide technical support to production facilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Matric with Maths and Science
BSc in Chemical Engineering
3-8 years of industrial experience
