A well-known Automotive company in Rosslyn is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join their team.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for optimizing processes.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless process integration.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and identify trends.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Conduct training for production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
