SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Private Chef for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Prove experience as a chef, ideally in a health food, nutrition or catering sector
• Strong passion for food and health
• Strong knowledge of fresh, high protein and health ingredients
• Able to create meals using fresh, never-frozen ingredients
• Able to design unique, health drive menus
• Good time management skills
• Drivers license advantageous

• Creating fresh menus, manage kitchen and source ingredients
• Creating meals and coordinating daily delivers
• Menu innovation and daily meal preparation
• Ingredient sourcing and pickups
