Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities through in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
• Deal Execution: Support the deal team in structuring transactions, preparing investment memos, and managing deal processes.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing actionable insights to maximize returns.
• Market Research: Identify trends and emerging opportunities within target industries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, external advisors, and portfolio company management teams to execute investment strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
