As a Private Debt Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and analyzing investments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Structuring and analyzing transactions
Involvement throughout the full deal cycle
Managing shareholder relationships with investors
Preparing and presenting investment packs
Overseeing client and deal management

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: CA(SA) or BCom
Experience: 1 year in investment banking, debt, or corporate finance (preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
