Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret quote requests from end customers and intermediaries to create estimates for litho, digital, and large-format print components.
• Liaise directly with customers during the quoting stage and manage related queries.
• Process job cards upon order confirmation, including ordering stock or outsourcing work.
• Oversee logistics and coordinate with both customers and the production team to ensure seamless execution of jobs.
• Provide general account management, ensuring client satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of litho and digital printing processes and industry terminology.
• Understanding of costing and related calculations within a printing environment.
• Computer literate, with prior experience operating an estimating management system.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Confident in interacting with customers and suppliers to provide the best solutions.
• Minimum qualification: Matric.
