POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including reaction, preventative, active, and planned maintenance.
• Manage asset life cycle to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Continuously improve service quality and maintenance strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Manage operations employees, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Candidate GCC Factories certification.
• Membership in an Engineering body (PrEng / PrTech).
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Code B Driver’s License.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities management.
• Strong technical background with excellent management and leadership skills.
