POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 5 years' experience of electronic collections working in a financial industry
• Exposure to insurance industry
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Detail-orientated and highly organized with a focus on improving collection success rates
• Proficiency in using collection software and Salesforce CRM systems
• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practice
• Initiative-taking and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence on all levels
• Attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes
• Analyze collection data monthly, identify trends and identify and implement improvement to business processes
• Provide monthly reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and trends to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, sales, and customer service to streamline collection processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Review and update collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain compliance with all collection and banking laws and regulations
• Responsible for communication, business operations and administration with our collections partner, Q-Link
• Responsible for the transactional banking relationship and business operations with the company's Bankers
